1. He is responsible of the physical security of all factory Premises by making frequent visit/audit. Any laps, violations, shortages are to be reported to DGM, Company Name.
2. He is responsible for overall security of man, material and information of the factory.
3. He will ensure that all guards are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
4. He will ensure that all guards on duty are alert.
5. He will remain extra vigilant on inner and outer perimeter of the factory.
6. He will ensure that all guards know the stranger challenging procedure.
7. He will carry out frequent patrolling at all the security post.
8. He will inform instantly the DGM of any unusual happenings in the factory.
9. He will exercise his full command and control over the security guard.
10. He will give OK report to GM at 1 pm and 7 pm everyday even on holidays.
11. He will ensure that all the security lights are on during night.
12. He will orient the new workers on all matters of security.
13. He will ensure that the workers are aware of the importance of the safe us to day of ID cards.
14. He will train the security guards on matters of countering mob threats.
15. He will ensure key control procedure in properly maintained.
16. He will trains the workers on matters of threats awareness.
17. He will ensure procedure for recognition and reporting of tempered goods.
18. He will monitor the CCTV and ensure proper data backup.
19. Responsible to implement all requirements of CTPAT including Cyber Security, transport, business partner, risk assessment, physical, seal, procedural, personnel security related activities.
