Policy of Cross Functional Team and its Activities
The facility has incorporated representatives from all of the relevant departments into a cross functional team. This will create a more sustainable structure and emphasize that supply chain security is everyone’s responsibility. This team will cross-check by internal audit and assess the risk of implemented security standards in every yearly interval.
