Policy of Cross Functional Team and Its activities

Objective: To establish a cross functional team within the facility that will enhance supply chain security, foster a sustainable operational structure, and ensure that security remains a shared responsibility across all departments.

Policy Overview: The facility has integrated representatives from all relevant departments into a cross-functional team. This team will play a pivotal role in sustaining the facility’s commitment to supply chain security by conducting internal audits and assessing the risks associated with the implemented security standards. The team will review these standards annually to ensure their effectiveness and address any emerging risks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Cross Functional Team Formation: The team is composed of representatives from the following departments:
  • Commercial
  • Store
  • Sewing Production
  • Packing & Finishing
  • Technical Safety
  • IT
  • Admin
  • HR
  • Compliance
  • Security
  • Annual Risk Assessment and Internal Audit: The cross functional team will conduct an internal audit once every year to cross-check and assess the risks of the implemented security standards. This will ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to any changes in the supply chain environment.
  • Supply Chain Security: Emphasizing that supply chain security is the responsibility of every department, the cross-functional team will work collaboratively to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures.
